Problem Statement

Operations were spread across disconnected spreadsheets and legacy tools, making reporting slow and finance workflows error-prone.

Solution

• •Shipped a unified Education Management System with role-based dashboards, approvals and analytics, architected to scale as the institution grows.
• •Core REST API in an N-layered architecture (controllers → services → repositories) with JWT access and refresh tokens and optional Google sign-in.
• •Two web frontends: a school management admin dashboard and a learning management system.
